Two run over by train in Nedumbassery

 
NEDUMBASSERY: Two persons suspected to be a couple were found knocked down by a train at the Avanamkod railway track near the Nedumbassery Airport. The bodies were found by some passing that way at 7 am. A train which passed that way before 7 am is suspected to have knocked them down. The dead has not been identified.

The man looks 45 and the woman around 35. The man was clad in a mundu and shirt and the woman in a churidhar. It would be difficult to identify the two as their faces have been disfigured. A team led by Nedumbassery circle inspector M K Murali reached the spot and shifted the bodies to the Aluva district hospital.
