THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: There was an explosion in the courtyard of contractor Surendran, who died in the Puttingal accident in Kollam, today. Initial reports say gunpowder stored in the house exploded.
The wall of the house and the window panes of the nearby house were damaged. No casualty has been reported.
