KOZHIKODE: K K Rema, wife of RMP leader T P Chandrasekharan Sunday submitted a memorandum to Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala seeking a CBI probe in the murder case.
The memorandum stated that only a CBI probe can nab the real culprits in the case. The new memorandum was given following Chennithala’s elevation as the home minister.
The memorandum pointed out that only a CBI probe will be able to reveal the involvement of political bigwigs from the CPM in the case. Those arrested are only hired goons. The memorandum also stated that those who hatched the plot to murder TP is walking free.
