Court had observed Lavalin case not entitled for trial: Pinarayi

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Thiruvananthapuram CBI court had observed that the SNC Lavalin case was not entitled for trial, said CPM state secretary Pinarayi Vijayan.  That verdict still exists and some may have been disappointed on it, he said.

Pinarayi said this while reacting to CBI filing review petition in the case. The court had claimed that the case not entitled for trial was charged with an offence.

Pinarayi asked the Muslim League to make their stand clear on the attack towards CPM activists at Tirur in Malappuram. They are trying to protect terrorists. The congress and the UDF are joining hands with communalism.  The congress has the same policies as that of the BJP.
Even after the court made criticisms against the chief minister, he is clinging to the post which is anti-democratic.

The congress is not able to announce the KPCC chief as the internal affairs in the party are severe. With the accommodation of Ramesh Chennithala, the congress is in a more pitiable situation.
Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi is a symbol of genocide. Modi will go to any extent to execute the orders of RSS. Modi is the prime ministerial candidate to implement the teachings of RSS, he said.
