BANGALORE: PDP leader Abdul Nazar Madhani, arrested and jailed in Karnataka in Bangalore blasts case is approaching the Supreme Court for bail again. The Karnataka Government had failed to provide him better treatment is the reason cited for moving the court.
In the plea, he will point out that he was shifted to the jail forcefully even before completing the treatment directed by the court. The bail plea also says that the act of the Karnataka Government is violation of law. He was brought back to the jail without giving him the required treatment.
