THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala Tuesday said a decision on the CBI probe in TP murder case will be taken after obtaining legal advice. Talking to reporters here, he said the role of CPM has been revealed after the sentence of the accused.
Many including TP’s wife Rema and opposition leader V S Achuthanandan have sought a CBI probe in the case. The government is also considering approaching the court against the acquittal of the accused.
The court verdict upholds the argument of the government and the prosecution. The minister praised the prosecution for striving hard in the case.
Chennithala also lauded former home minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan for his role in speeding up the probe.
