HC stays order against withdrawing of Palm oil case

KOCHI: Thrissur Vigilance court’s order that Palm oil case can’t be withdrawn gets stay from the high court for two more months.
The stay order was pronounced after the government filed a petition in the high court, questioning the vigilance court’s order.

The Thrissur vigilance court had asked the government to continue with the case, stating that the withdrawal of the case would badly affect the societal justice and general aspiration.
