TP's wife says she is not satisfied with verdict

KOZHIKODE: The conviction of four leaders of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) had substantiated link of that party in the dastardly murder of Revolutionary Marxist Party leader T P Chandrasekharan, his wife K K Rema said on Wednesday.

Reacting to the Special Sessions Court order convicting 12 persons, including seven key accused and four CPI (M) leaders, she said it had proved beyond doubt party's role in the May 4, 2012 murder.

Stating she was not fully satisfied with the verdict, Rema said she would go for appeal against it.

Rema said she would reiterate her demand for a probe by the Central Bureau of Investigation into the case.

Agreeing with Rema, the RMP today said verdict convicting four CPI (M) had indicated strong link of that in the murder.

Talking to reporters a the court premises, RMP Secretary N Venu said the CPI (M)'s denial on its role was hollow
