Kerala Congress to demand two seats in Lok Sabha polls

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kerala Congress (Mani) parliamentary party meeting decided to demand two seats in the coming Lok Sabha polls. The KC (M) is likely to ask Kottayam and Idukki seats.  When P J Joseph faction was in the LDF contested the Idukki seat.

The meeting entrusted party chairman K M Mani and working chairman P J Joseph to demand the seats. K M Mani had earlier opined that his party is entitled for two seats.

The meeting assigned Chief Whip P C George to give whip to the MLAs.
K Muraleedharan MLA had earlier stated that his whip will not be accepted following his statements against Congress leaders.
