Biju Ramesh’s allegation baseless, disc edited by vigilance ADGP: Kodiyeri

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: CPM state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan Monday rejected hotelier Biju Ramesh’s allegation that the LDF had assured him to open the closed bars if they assume power. The LDF has no plans to topple the government by joining hands with the bar owners. Addressing the media, he said they have earlier stated that they don’t have any plans to tumble the government in an anti-democratic manner.

The disc revealed was edited by vigilance ADGP Shankar Reddy, alleged Kodiyeri. I am not saying that he accepted bribe, but he has links in Andhra and if examined it, things would be clearer. I am challenging government to expose the master disc. It is not right from government’s side to expose things needed for them and hide others, he said.   The case against SP Sukesan is aimed at blocking the IPS he has to obtain. The report in favour of Mani was submitted after threatening Sukesh, he said.
