THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Karnataka musician and playback singer Bombay Jayashree has bagged Swaralaya-G Devarajan’s national music award. The award carries a cash prize of Rs one lakh, citation and a plaque. Actress Sheela has bagged the Pattathuvila Karunakaran Memorial Award for the best actress of all times in Malayalam film.
She will get a cash prize of Rs 50,000, citation and a plaque. The award would be presented to the two at a function on February 24 at the Kollam Swaralaya Auditorium, said jury chairman M A Babu, Swaralaya general secretary E M Najeeb, chief co-ordinator R S Babu said at a press meet.
