THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Opposition leader V S Achuthanandan Monday sought the cancellation of the budget presented by eating laddu. He also alleged that the chief minister is protecting the ruling MLAs, who attacked the women MLAs viciously. VS said this while talking to reporters in front of the assembly.
The opposition wants the budget presented by Mani to be annulled and sought action against those who insulted the women MLAs. However, the government was not ready to approve it. The ruling front is not allowing the opposition to opine their demands in the assembly and so we are in a situation to say things outside. If required, we will approach the court against the UDF MLAs, he said.
