KANNUR: The CBI has sent summons to the doctor in Pariyaram Medical College who is treating Kathiroor Manoj murder case accused P Jayarajan. He was remanded by Thalassery court on Friday.
The instruction has been given to heart specialist Dr Ashraff to be present at the CBI camp office on Monday. Jayarajan, who was remanded for a month by the court the other day, was admitted to Pariyaram Medical College later in the day.
A CBI team visited the hospital on Friday and collected information from Ashraff on Jayarajan’s health condition. They also documented the information collected.
