KOCHI: Saritha S Nair, accused in the solar case, agreed to hand over the letter to the judicial commission probing the case. The letter containing the details of those who sexually exploited her would be produced before them in a sealed cover. She earlier refused to hand over the letter as it includes her personal life. However, the commission in the morning’s sitting asked her to hand over the letter in a sealed cover. She decided to hand over the letter after consulting her advocate.
The letter containing the details of those who sexually abused her and the evidences in connection with the solar case would be handed over to the commission in separate covers. However, government’s advocate requested not to keep these details secretly. Meantime, the commission who stated that the letter will not be made public, said the names of those in the letter can cross-examine Saritha.
