KOCHI: The Kerala High Court asked whether an examination was conducted after opening the skull of Swami Saswathikananda, who died under mysterious circumstances. It is a serious lapse if it has not happened, said Justice B Kemal Pasha. The court directed the DGP to submit a report after examining the video clippings of the post mortem report.
The court should be informed about the conclusions of the doctor, who led the postmortem.The court asked whether the doctor found anything unnatural.
The court was considering the pleas seeking a probe under the supervision of the court in the death of Swami Saswathikananda. A plea of Priyan, native of Palluruthy, seeking a CBI probe in the case is also under the consideration of the court.
