THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: It is the people who has to decide whether the budget presented by me is people friendly or anti-people, said Chief Minister Oommen Chandy. Talking to reporters here, he asked the opposition to cooperate with the budget presentation.
Chandy said the budget to be presented by K M Mani is being presented by me. I am just replacing him. There is a limit for every protest. By boycotting me, the opposition will be detached from the people. The UDF has so far not protested in an undemocratic manner, he said.
