NEW DELHI: Kerala will oppose in the Supreme Court amicus curiae Gopal Subrahmaniam’s directive to entrust an interim administration panel to execute the functioning of the Padmanabhaswamy temple.
The state will inform the court that an administration panel similar to the one in 1951 is needed. The government will deny the allegation that they are acting by joining hands with the royal family.
Meantime, the erstwhile royal family will apprise the court that the report was prepared unilaterally. The family will also oppose the demand that a former CAG should audit the accounts of 25 years.
