KULATHUPPUZHA: The person who allegedly killed a DYFI activist following verbal duel, was arrested from a forest area on Monday. The arrested is one Vinod, 32, of Ezhamkulam Laksham veedu. He was arrested in the wee hours from his hideout, a house where he was staying alone.
The victim was Sibin Sabu, 21, who was the son of Sabu and Omana of Puthenveedu at Koovakkadu Pallamvetti Kizhakkedathu near here.
In the incident, two persons Sujith and Unni of Ezhamkulam Lakshamhouse were injured. The attack happened near Ezhamkulam Lakham veedu colony on Anjal-Kulathuppuzha road on Saturday at around 8:30pm.
