THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Thiruvananthapuram Judicial First Class Magistrate Court (ll) will record the statement of solar scam accused Saritha S Nair on the complaint of sexual harassment against A P Abdullakutty MLA on May 5. The court was to record her statement today but as the magistrate is on leave, it will be taken on May 5.
Saritha had lodged a complaint against the MLA at the Cantonment police. She alleged that the MLA used to call her continuously and sexually harassed her after inviting her at the Muscat Hotel.
