KOCHI: The Kerala High Court accepted state government’s plea questioning the acquittal of 24 persons including CPM Kozhikode district secretariat member P Mohanan in the murder case of RMP leader T P Chandrasekharan. The court later issued notice to them. The plea said the trial court acquitted them without examining the documents properly.
The trial court awarded life sentence to 11 out of the 12 accused in the case.
