KARIPUR: Gold weighing 750 grams was seized at the Karipur airport Sunday morning.
The customs officials arrested one Abdu Rehman from Doha and a native of Malappuram in connection with the incident.
He was arrested when he tried to smuggle the yellow metal after concealing it inside a cast on his leg.
