ALUVA: Producer Koral Viswanath who has been arrested in money fraud involving crores of rupees, has been flooded with complaints. Kerala Kaumudi was the first paper to report the arrest of Vishwanath in Aluva and following this, many ‘victims’ have approached police stations across the state with their complaints.
Ten more people, who had handed over money to Viswananth at Aluva palace, met Aluva CI B Harikumar over the day and filed their complaints. Some, who even called up the cops to complain against him, were asked to lodge formal complaints.
More complaints have reached Perumbavoor, Kaladi, Palakkad, Vadakkanchery and Thrissur stations. New complaints which have reached Aluva showed the involvement of Rs 2.5lakhs to Rs 75lakhs. Roy Mathew was a ‘victim’ who lost maximum amount of money.
