THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: 'Perariyathavar' director Dr Biju has alleged that the State award committee had an agenda to belittle the national award committee’s award decisions.
Taking a dig at the State award jury, Dr Biju said, Suraj was given the best comedian award since there might have been some comedians in the jury.
Meanwhile, Suraj who got the national award for 'Perariyathavar', said the award committees have their own criteria and outlook, when it comes to selecting awardees.
