THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The court has again come down heavily on CBI over the custodial death of Udaykumar, with the remark that the CBI is playing hide-and-seek by not removing the ambiguity in the FIR.
CBI’s special court made this comment on the case related to the custodial death of Udaykumar at Fort Police Station.
The court has also sought CBI’s written explanation for the flaw it has made in the FIR, “as if with an intention to baffle the court”. It also asked the CBI to submit the explanation by today itself. Earlier also, the court had pulled up the CBI for the error in the FIRs.
