THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A retired captain collapsed and died during a bus journey early Tuesday morning at East Fort. The dead has been identified as Jayachandran Nair (72) of Kamaleswaram.
He was on his way to attend a pooja at his family temple in Poozhikkunnu. The body has been shifted to the mortuary of the medical college hospital. He had suffered cardiac arrest twice before.
