“Amala will have a different role in the film, which assigns equal importance to the hero and heroine. It will be a new experience for the viewers. However both stars are elated over the thought of coming together to act after a long gap,” the director said.
Hindi actress Sareena Wahab, who is a beloved of both Bollywood and Mollywood also has a notable role in the film. The three-month long shooting schedule will begin in January. Most part of the shoot will happen in America.
Amala and Kamal acted in Pesum Padam and Pushpaka Vimanam 28 years ago.
