KASARGOD: A pooja held in Kasargod bus depot has sparked a controversy. It was held to scare away ghosts claimed to be the reason for frequent KSRTC bus accidents. The secret pooja was held in the presence of district transport officer early Wednesday morning.
The pooja performed by an astrologer lasted for nearly an hour.
Many including the employees participated in the pooja. Meantime, the DTO said the pooja was not held to scare away the ghosts. It was held as part of ayudhapooja.
