THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kerala State government has nominated the name of Olympian Anju Boby Varghese for the post of Kerala Sports Council President. Kerala University Football coach P K Ibrahim Kutty will be the new vice-president. Anju will be replacing Padmini Thomas.
The government has also nominated Athlete Preeja Sreedharan, volleybal star Tom Joseph, Kerala Cricket Association President T C Mathew and Sports And Youth Affairs Additional Director Najimudheen as Standing Committee members.
