KALPETTA: Widespread posters were seen in Kalpetta against Wayanad DCC president K L Paulose. The posters have sought action against Paulose holding him responsible for the suicide of Wayanad DCC secretary P V John. The posters have asked Paulose to resign and also sought the arrest of those behind John’s suicide.
The posters were first seen in Mananthavady, later in his home town Pulpally and then in Kalpetta. The death of John has sparked a controversy. A panel entrusted by KPCC to probe John’s death has reached Wayanad. They will record statements from the complainants.
Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala will visit John’s relatives on Saturday. Opposition leader V S Achuthanandan visited his house yesterday.
