KPCC expresses anxiety over defective voting machines

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: KPCC president has expressed his party’s anxiety over the incident of a number of voting machines altogether developing technical snag. He said he doubted whether it was a ploy to sabotage the election.

“The Election Commission should take appropriate action according to the existing circumstances. People’s representatives and election officers in the affected centres should discuss the matter and take necessary steps. There should not be a situation when even a single person stands to lose the opportunity to vote,” he said
