THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Swamy Sookshmananda Wednesday rejected Sree Narayana Dharma Vedi general secretary Biju Ramesh’s allegation that he has a role in the death of Swamy Saswatikandanda. The statement of Biju is false and dragging him into it is suspicious, he said.
Biju had alleged that Saswathikananda’s death was hatched by Sookshmananda. Biju while addressing the media yesterday said SNDP Yogam general secretary Vellappally Natesan had assured to make Sookshmananda the head of the Sivagiri Mutt after the death of Saswathikananda.
Sookshmananda said Biju turned against me as I did not take a stand against Vellappally. I don’t know Priyan, alleged as the killer of Swami Saswathikananda. The crime branch had earlier established that Saswathikananda died by drowning. How one can say a person who knows swimming will not drown, asked Sookshmananda.
