HARIPAD: The UDF is expecting a thumping win in the civic polls, said Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala. Talking to reporters after casting his vote, he said the situation in the state is not favourable for the third front.
The bar controversy will not affect the UDF in any way. The controversy was there during the time of the Aruvikkara bypolls and still we won. It has been proved earlier that the third front will not be able to orchestrate its roots in Kerala, he told reporters.
In reply to a question, he said no delay has occurred in conducting a further probe on the death of swamy Saswathikanandan.
