THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Sivagiri mutt authorities said on Thursday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had not been invited to Sivagiri mutt. He would be coming without any invitation.
“We will be receiving him at the mutt only because he is coming here. No much importance will be given to his visit,” said the mutt authorities. The mutt also complained that the BJP State leadership hadn’t cooperated with the functions held by the mutt.
Modi will be visiting Kerala on December 14 and 15. The prime minister, who will be visiting Kerala for the first time since he took office, will take part in various programmes to be held in Kochi, Thrissur, Kollam and Sivagiri.
