Two reported missing in river
KOLLAM: Two men went missing in the Paillikkal River on Tuesday evening while taking bath at Kannetti near Karungapally. Both are natives of Paripally. They were sanitation workers. Three of them entered the waters for the bath and got caught in strong currents. One of them, Jalal managed to escape. A team from the Fire and Rescue Service searched the river but could not locate the two.
