KOCHI: CPM Politburo member Pinarayi Vijayan has said that SNDP general secretary Vellapally Natesan has a tongue that spews venom at the minority communities. “Vellapally has incited enmity among different religious groups over financial aid extended to auto driver Naushadh who had laid out his life in his attempt to save the lives of two contract laborers who were trapped inside a manhole in Kottayam,” he said.
“This is not for the first time that Vellapally is making such statements. Only a communalist can talk like this. If he had expressed his regret over his remark on Naushadh, it is a good thing. But case and expression of regret – both are different,” he added.
