KOCHI: CPM general secretary Prakash Karat has said that the Congress will not get even 100 seats in the coming Lok Sabha election. “In which world does Defence Minister Antony live? I ask this because he still hopes such a “doomed” Congress, to win the election” quipped Karat during an election rally for Ernakulam LDF candidate Christi Fernandes.
“The UPA is neck-deep in corruption. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Antony may not be corrupt but the worst form of corruption is happening in their ministries.
And as that is the case, both will also have the take the responsibility for that. Kerala has eight Union ministers and this has not benefited the state,” he said.
