One killed during 'thookkam' in Sarkara temple

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: One person was killed during the thookkam festival held at Sarkara Devi Temple in Chiryankeezhu. The dead has been identified as Gopi (54) of Kurakkada. He died when the thookkavillu (cart) overturned while the ritual was performed.
