KANNUR: CPI(M) State Secretary Pinarayi Vijayan today said that CPI(M) will not try to sabotage the Congress-led UDF Government through a conspiracy and predicted that the government would fall naturally due to the loss of accountability of the people after Lok Sabha elections.
Addressing a Janavidhi-2014, a meet-the press here today, Mr Vijayan said the political situation of the national and state level was favorable to CPI(M) led LDF in the state in view of the anti-people policy followed by Congress party.
He said the Congress party would collapse at national level and the people were isolating the ruling government in this election.
Mr Vijayan alleged that Congress party had become a party that supplied leaders to the Opposition BJP party. As many as 58 main leaders of the Congress had quit the party and joined hands with BJP-led NDA. In Uttar Pradesh 15 BJP candidates were former state leaders, MPs or MLAs of Congress party.
In Kerala also the Lok Sabha election results would reflect the people's ire against the anti-people policies and the Congress party would not be able to win even a single seat from the state.
