Colourful start to Kerala University youth fest
Thursday, March 1, 2012: The five-day youth festival of the Kerala University had a colourful start in Kollam on Wednesday evening. Kerala Speaker G Karthikeyan inaugurated the fest.
Kerala University union chairman M Harikrishnan presided over the function. Vice chancellor A Jayakrishnan delivered the keynote address. The competitions will be at eight venues in 6 colleges. The main venue will be at SN college. More than 5000 students from 250 colleges would compete in 63 events.
