VS to skip foundation stone ceremony of Kanjikode rail factory

Monday, February 20, 2012: Opposition leader VS Achuthanandan will not attend the foundation stone laying function for the railway coach factory in Kanjikode, tomorrow.
The reason cited to boycott the function is that the leader was not invited as per the protocol. The foundation stone will be laid by Union Railway Minister Dinesh Trivedi.
Achuthanandan was invited for the function by railway officials but was not invited by anyone from the government.
