Friday, February 17, 2012: The fourth session of 13th Kerala Assembly will begin at 9 am on March one. The session will begin with Governor HR Bharadwaj’s address.
Speaking to the mediapersons, Speaker G Karthikeyan has said that the assembly proccedings can be viewed in internet this time. The Kerala budget for year 2012-13 will be presented on March 19.
