KOCHI: A man was arrested for making obscence phone calls to the Ernakulam Women’s Police Station for the past one week. The arrested, Thiruvananthapuram resident, Jose Augustine was waylaid at a restaurant in Kadavanthra. Jose Augustine reportedly spoke abusively to Sub Inspector Laila Kumari and to Shiny, Baby and Beena.
