Two killed while chopping down palm tree
KOZHIKODE: Two persons were killed when a palm tree fell on them at Ummathur near Parakkadav in Kozhikode on Friday.
Police said the dead were identified as Kumaran (53) of Parakkadav and Mohammed Rafi (48) of Ummathur.
Kumaran and Rafi were chopping down the palm tree in the latter's house complex when the tragedy struck, they added
