KOZHIKODE: RMP leader and wife of T P Chandrasekharan K K Rema has said that Opposition leader V S Achuthanadan’s recent change of stand was the “52nd injury sustained by slain RMP leader T P Chandrasekharan”.
She said VS’ remark was aimed at saving the face of CPM. “RMP was not founded foreseeing VS support. My Kerala yatra was called back due to specific reasons. Now Achuthanandan is existing for the sake of Karat and Pinarayi. And, the present VS stand will backfire. People will shun VS and he will get isolated, ” said Rema.
Rema was responding to the VS’ remark that RMP was subservient to the Congress Party.
