KOCHI:The government may file revision petition or go for appeal against the observations made by the Kerala High Court against Chief Minister Oommen Chandy. The government has sought the advice of Adovate General in this regard.
The Advocate General is going through a copy of the verdict. In the appeal, it will be stated that the observation against the chief minister was untimely and it was out of the purview of the court to consider the matter.
Meanwhile, the chief minister has interacted with the high command, regarding the court’s remarks. The chief minister has held talks with AICC general secretary in charge of Kerala Mukul Wasnik, and Congress President Sonia Gandhi’s political secretary Ahmed Patel. Chandy explained that the court had come up with remarks without hearing his version.
