KPCC didn’t discuss Cabinet reshuffle: Sudheeran

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: KPCC president V M Sudheeran, on Thursday, said no discussions were held in the KPCC meeting regarding cabinet reshuffle while Chief Minister Oommen Chandy said there would be changes in the cabinet.

A few days ago, the chief minister had hinted at the cabinet reshuffle post the election. Sudheeran, however defended the chef minister, saying, the cabinet reshuffle was the prerogative of the chief minister.

In a different context, the KPCC president said the party would look into the leakage of the report by Vakkom committee, which studied about the UDF’s drawbacks in the last Assembly election. “The report has been leaked at the time of election and this will be examined at party level after giving due weightage to the issue,” he added.
