THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kerala Congress (Mani) is firm in its demand for the Idukki Lok Sabha seat. The party is looking forward of garnering a second seat other than Kottayam. KC (M) party chairman K M Mani said Idukki is the stronghold of our party and has a clear view on the seat.
A decision could not be taken in the talks held with the Congress in connection with the seat. Talks will continue and the decision has to be taken by the Congress, he said. We will not go to Delhi to hold talks with the high command which is constantly done by the congress. Minister P J Joseph too participated in the discussions held at the KPCC headquarters.
