KOCHI: The Kerala High Court harshly criticized Chief Minister Oommen Chandy in the judgment leaving the Kalamassery and Kadakampally land deal cases to the CBI. Justice Harun Al Rasheed said the chief minister is answerable to the allegations voiced against his office.
The court has recently noticed the allegations leveled towards his office. The people have witnessed the solar and land cheating cases amazingly. A situation was there to expel personal staffs in connection with Saritha and solar cases which should be taken seriously.
One among the personal staff of the chief minister involving in a cheating case is shocking. Controversies could have been avoided if neither the chief minister nor others were cautious while selecting personal staffs. Salim Raj should be called a gang leader of land mafia and this is prima facie evident in this case. The chief minister is himself responsible for his office. The office which controls administration should have been a model to the public.
