THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The vigilance has started a probe against Minister E P Jayarajan on the allegations of nepotism against him. This was informed by vigilance Additional Director of Prosecutions K D Babu when the case against him was considered at the Thiruvananthapuram Vigilance Special Court.
The court directed to produce a detailed report on the investigation on October 17. The court will also consider the complaint on the 16 controversial appointments of the previous UDF Government on 17th.
Meantime, the act of the advocates pushing the reporters forcefully from the court has led to widespread protests.
