BENGALURU: Supreme Court judge Chelameswar has recused from hearing the bail plea of Bengaluru bomb blast case accused Abdul Nazar Madhani. He withdrew from the proceedings without giving any explanation.
The justice has sought the transfer of Madhani’s plea to a new bench.
